I struggled with the chains so they might not be perfectly weight painted.

The settings I had for the Tori base may vary from yours as this was made directly on a finished avatar, but either find a good setting for your tori base or just sculpt the asset to it. It's mostly the shapekeys for the breasts.

In this package you will recieve the fbx file for the underwear with chains (one mesh). Body not included.
